Nope, from the TM. I was thinking to make him my special project (he's a really fast trainer) this season. I have seen a ST on my wife her account with special ability free kick specialist with this stats: 35 games played, 36 goals and 23 assists, 16 times MOM.
That makes me believe free kick specialist is better than one on one for ST.

But i have 3 other ST's 1 scout and 2 nearly scout.

Good thinking, at least with an 18 year old you have little to lose and probably end up making a profit.
