They used to be but the last 2 seasons I've only seen 4 and 3 5* Nordeus Gens.

This morning there was a lot of young players of 29-30 q. in the trasfert list (up to 4M$).
I checked this afternoon and I can only see 3* player max q.24 and only 2/3 4* (always 25 q.), every time I check.
Is this normal?

yes it is

youngsters you saw in the transfer list this morning are Nordeus generated players, they fill up the market at the beginning of each season as other managers haven't put their own players for sell yet

you may be able to find 'em again depending on which server you are on (i always get them early morning after daily mantainance)
