I dont how i contact with you so i have few simple question.This person from your support continues to joke with me answered me always with the same response.already clear to me that this person will not help me.Is there another way to find a solution to my problem?Another person, another email etc?If I was not 100% sure that I'm telling the truth i would stop loose my nerves.
And most important question if you know:Can your technical team to check the movement of tokens in my account on 3 specific days.If they can,Who to ask to make this check and how i can contact with him.I mean how many i have in 1-st day,how many i spend and for what in this and next 2 days, and at last how many i have in 3-th day.Only with this check i can prove that I'm telling the truth and i lost tokens because of bug.Check that your technical team make can show that everything is normal but i believe to my eyes.Besides, I know how many tokens I had and how I spend pure mathematical my bill shows that I'm not mistaken.
