nothings worse on top11 than spending either completing a survey or downloading a game then not get the token you were promised. the videos work perfectly but everything else is not

especially when you spend time doing a survey or test and then after 20 minutes of you time they will either say you not qualified or asked for some stupid personal details like your address or phone number

I too have stopped doing the surveys/ registering etc ...i just look at the videos to earn tokens and rest/ red packages as required..
Now problem is some videos after completing they usually say "earn more" or "close" at the bottom potion of the screen, I now close it make sure the token/rest is added....and then click again / reload again to see if it still comes back to click again ..have wasted time initially watching videos by clicking on earn more and not getting the tokens/ other stuffs.....not to mention felt cheated too and irritated.

Gave up after the first one that promised 7 tokens failed to deliver. They just want you to get annoyed and buy some ... I've caved a couple of times but not anymore.
