Any experience against this formation?

Tomorrow i have a match for the semifinals of the cup. He is one level above but we are both 5star teams with scouts. The opponent is using a 3N-1-3W-1-2 formation and i was wondering if anyone of you guys have any experience on it because i dont. Thank you.

another option could be
3N-3W-1-2W-1.. it will make you have 6 at back .. but 6 in mid too and can attack his weakest flanks
I think it will protect you well and exploit his weaknesses

I often play with this formation stated by the OP and refer it as the "Dandelion" It can be weak to flank attacking formations such as 4-4-2, 4-1-4-1, 4-1-3W-2 and 4-5-1 V.
