What is better for 21 GK, special abilities or defend with skill points?

I find that Goalkeepers with one-on-one stopper abilities are effective, but your sacrificing around 3 Quality to obtain the ability, So you could find your Goalkeeper would lose his place in the team quite fast if you didn't add the skill points, If it were me, I would go for skill points.
