dose that 300k (am level 6 so it will cost me that) you saved on one player worth it? let us say you had 4-5 players , so we are talking about 1.5m (in my case, may be 2-2.5m difference in your case ).. that is the prize money for going one round higher in a cup or winning the title .. difference in bidding on a one player at times .. how you doing in cl?

i was not in C/L again last season had 2nd best team in league yet getting redic beat`s so finished outside of promotion, last season was the first time i not got promoted and from last month`s moan about weaker teams winning i was not the only one suffering so that eased the anger a bit

may be one of reasons you finished out of CL reach and top4 last season is bcz you didn't applied your skills once get them and applied them only at start of this reason, not promoted and not playing CL worth 10 time the amount of money lost than saved
the game engine go crazy at times, so probability of you losing facing lower side will be reduced if your players increased their quality .. ex: i draw facing 2 teams who were 12-18 QT less than me in one of those stupid games when your strikers forget how to score a goal, but played them now again, and beat them as difference in quality increased, despite they improved too so had to be more ready
