Just average, I bought an 18 year old with those stats the other day, will soon be sold when I get a better trainer.

agreed. in my experience a 5* player valued at 3.5million ish will only train at an average pace. for a fast trainer try and look for a 5million upwards player for a super fast trainer

You need to find the anomaly in the pool of youngsters... One with an outrageously high market value is likely to be a fast trainer.
