Replacement Phone
Hi,
Started playing TE a month ago and was hooked within seconds.
Decided to buy $100 worth of tokens throughout the last month.
Built a great team and then my phone was damaged.
My job replaced the phone but the UID is different.
A week ago I submitted a support ticket and asked if there was anything that could be done so that I don't lose the money I spent.
A Nordeus support person called Jaz gave me a generic response basically saying the money I had spent was gone and tough luck.
Does anyone have any advice as what my options are?
Someone has suggested lodging a complaint with Apple (being iOS version) but I doubt anything positive will come of it.
