5% per 3 hours is 40% in 24 hours. A match costs about 20% condition, so actually its pretty perfect. Sometimes matches are scheduled too close to each other, but thats what subs, reserves and green packs are for. With more regeneration, we would have to train our players all day which would also disturb the growing balance (a young, good trainer gets about 1 star per season if he is not too high quality, other players maybe just get 1-3 quality). I really think the game is pretty well balanced in the regeneration/training/games/player growth aspect.

still not good enough, with some games 15 minutes apart even if you have 22 man squad it still takes more than 2 mins to change team or a big squad and add rest packs on others, this needs changing first an fore most

I'm guessing that you also want 'Fergie Time' to be added at the end of each match that your losing.....

You can see what the Ts&Cs are when you join the game, your a player in a game that someone else took the time and trouble to create, you have to manage your team within those Ts&Cs until the game maker decides otherwise (or do a Kevin Keegan and quit)

I think it's fine how it is. I do one hard training a day for subs and it regenerates in time for my next match so no problems here.

There are other issues which need sorting.
