Not recieve any tokens after purchased ????

Hi guys,

I have purchased 500 tokens from the topeleven.com, but I still got NOTHING after a few hours waiting. I am just wondering is there anyone still having a problem like me now ? And I want to know what can I do with that.. I have already sent a E-mail to them, but no reply at all..

So I just want to make sure is it my problem or there are something wrong with the system about sending tokens??

If your purchase went through and you received no tokens then you need to report this to Nordeous, they should reply telling you they're investigating the matter.

What is the best way to report ? By sending E-mail?
I have already send a E-mail to them like few hours ago, but I get nothing back from them

Did you get a confirmation email regarding purchase? Check with your bank to see if the funds were actually taken, if so ..then go to Nordeus.

I don't get a e-mail and said confirm my purchase. But I did check about my bank and money are taken

He lost his tokens through a bug, he bid on a player on the negotiation list and he lost over 30 tokens and didn't get any player.

Yours is different, you purchased tokens without getting the tokens, they'll get back to you in working hours.
