    He lost his tokens through a bug, he bid on a player on the negotiation list and he lost over 30 tokens and didn't get any player.

    Yours is different, you purchased tokens without getting the tokens, they'll get back to you in working hours.

    Yes there is little difference but i lost tokens wich i buy too and support help me fast .. 17 days so far
