Hi guys,
I have purchased 500 tokens from the topeleven.com, but I still got NOTHING after a few hours waiting. I am just wondering is there anyone still having a problem like me now ? And I want to know what can I do with that.. I have already sent a E-mail to them, but no reply at all..
So I just want to make sure is it my problem or there are something wrong with the system about sending tokens??:confused:

If your purchase went through and you received no tokens then you need to report this to Nordeous, they should reply telling you they're investigating the matter.
What is the best way to report ? By sending E-mail?
I have already send a E-mail to them like few hours ago, but I get nothing back from them :(
Did you get a confirmation email regarding purchase? Check with your bank to see if the funds were actually taken, if so ..then go to Nordeus.
I don't get a e-mail and said confirm my purchase. But I did check about my bank and money are taken :(
you need to send request to their support team.If you have luck you will meet someone who can solve your problem,but you have chance to meet someone who is moron like me :X
oh well... I still have to wait until they are back to working hours... :(((

Yes there is little difference but i lost tokens wich i buy too and support help me fast .. 17 days so far
I buyed some tokens one week ago,they came after just refreshing the page...
cause they try to develop the game ..more injuries,crapy servers,unreal scores,etc,they dont have time to answer u
