how many people in this forum think that Nordeus/MDKII should make an appearance and respond to their customers concerns about the current issues on injuries, schedules, bugs etc?
All it takes is a sticky thread to let us know that they are working on resolving some issues, which ones and an approximate timeline as to when we can expect some resolutions to be rolled out.
Something like:
"We know many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many people have complained about the [insert issue here]. We have a solution to this and are currently testing it before we apply it. We expect it to be implemented within [insert number of years] years.
Thank you for your patience, but most of all thank you for your money.
Sincerely...no, not really,
MANAGEMENT"
