Pretty much use the wings all the time for the following reasons:

1. The vast majority of the formations I play against always seem to be narrow (either play no wingers, or play AM wingers which have no real bearing on my wingers)
2. Very few seem to play with DML or DMR
3. My wingers are stronger than my MC's
4. When looking at the opponents defence, the DR and DL always seem weaker in comparison to the DC
5. When playing defensively, manager's always seem to play a DMC, thus trying to stop me attacking throught the middle
