moral drop when you :
- lose or
- bench him or
- take him out during a match or
- most importantly play bad thus getting low rating in a match .. so is no surprise they have to go down regardless sooner or later bcz every good player will have a bad /average day

when moral is between 80 and 90, you give moral or not ? you just wait to give moral when is less than 80 ?

one average bad match is enough to push him down

am not sure about when to apply, but i often apply them to my STs once hit 90% otherwise they will miss chances alot
otherwise i only apply them when they become less than 80% ..
I apply them too in big matches for even 90% players bcz you never know , one mistake or good pass or goal could be the difference
