CL - round 5
Ilkay FC - ROYAL FC
his formation : Attachment 8055 | i'll play with 4-5-1 V
10 mins. left on the match
http://i44.tinypic.com/2u5t35x.png
We survived the harsh matchdays within 2 hrs each other by equally smashing both teams. We played 3-1-4-2 in the first match with 8 players from the titulars, and a 3-5-2 V in the second match with 6 reserves added.
In the first match we got again the usual injury troll that this time got our promising rising star Clark Kent at MINUTE 87 with a 5 days injury just when we had to avoid injuries at any cost, with our AMR still convalesent for 3 days (5 total). We are out of reds, and the few raised are needed to heal the MR since Tom Becker hadn't a single rest day in 5 straight matches.
That is the 18th Injury in 17 matches played. Of which, 15 came between minute 85-90. Bull****.
For the Cup, we got a good draw altho at the same time not so good. We had high hopes that Alex FC (now Barcelona) and William Asset would at least cross ways before the final, but the good sort system cherished those two rich personal trainers and put them to the end of god's realm. Supposing we survive these rounds, we will have to force our way to the final crossing swords with William Asset, but before that, supposing we pass, we'll have another though opponent being it Kaiserslauten. We might have a shot to the third place after all this season, unless troll keeps up.
http://i40.tinypic.com/1yuyr5.png
Both Alex and William had the best possible sort and looks like an easy go for them until the semifinals. FC Koln has powered up hugely in this season since we took them out in the previous cup (we were on equal Q) and can be a pretender too. What remains are the underdogs New Team and Kaiserslauten which OFC won't be able to play the Joker both as they'll probably smash into the quarters.
CL - round 5
Ilkay FC 0-2 ROYAL FC
"GOOD MANAGEMENT FROM THE MANAHER GOT THEM THE 1ST PLACE IN THE TOP 16" these are the headlines for tomorrow  we didn't act well in the 4-5-1 V, especially when the DMC, Bultink, got injured in the last minutes of the 1st half so, we made some substitutions and changed the formation to 3n--4-1-2 as I wanted to play with from the beginning. After changing the formation, we gave a very good performance and from 2 chances we got 2 goals.
Goals : Ashadi 78' , Sabri 83' - MotM : Sabri (8)
Team Talk : our DMC/DC, Bultink, is now injured and won't start playing again before next Sunday, unless i'd like to heal him before and i'm not intending to heal him with packs.
now, i'm waiting for group A to decide the 2nd place in it to know who am i playing against in the top 16.
So I lost a game today, against a pretty weak team so i decided to check out the ratings.... lol, my goalkeeper received a 3 :))))) First time i seen that happen!!!! he's actually not that bad, my backup choice, a young 4star player who had very good moral before the game.
just curios, anyone had this ever happen to them??
League - round 9
ROYAL FC - MBF FC
his formation : Attachment 8056 | should i play with 3n-2w-2n--3 OR 4--3--3 OR other ?
15 mins. left
todays results:
CL: CoolioFC 1-4 olympico roma as (45.7)
LG: CoolioFC 1-0 FC AERAS (32.9)
mixed day today. despite taking the lead and then a man advantage we were well beaten in the end by roma, who made 3 inspired substitutions. the final group game requires me winning and roma beating the guy in second and a six goal swing for me to progress. better in the league though as we register a 5th win in 6 to remain 4th. a late goal from luke johnson ensured the 3 points against AERAS in 3rd, were now one point behind them. natalist away tomorrow, a draw would be nice as i have 4 should wins after that. will it be enough to catch up on the top 2, 7 points ahead..
Wednesday.
LEAGUE. Round 9. RAMLA AC (81.2) v LONDON CITY (80.9)
Result: RAMLA 1-0 LONDON
Goals: Celik 50
M.o.M: Yusuke Azuma (Ramla)
Sadly, we lost our unbeaten league record in this tense match. We played well enough, but just couldn't find the net. The only goal of the game came just after the break, when Ercan Celik fired home after being put through by his midfield. The loss drops us to second spot, one point behind the leader's, who we beat yesterday.
CITY: Miklosko, Costa, Fiksdal, Watts, Cole, Andersson, Santos, Hori (Duggan), Daniels, Yashin, Robins.
CHAMPS LEAGUE. Group Round 5. PERSEGABO FC (75.2) v LONDON CITY (78.5)
Result: PERSEGABO 0-1 LONDON
Goals: Daniels 5
M.o.M: Jonathan Watts
We are still just in the champs league after this crucial win. But we still need other results to go in our favour. This was a must win game and the lads responded well. Jack Daniels gave us the perfect start, when he dribbled his way past defenders to plant his shot into the corner of the net. From then on, it was backs to the wall stuff to keep our hosts out. The result means that we need the group leaders to beat the second place later tonight, to stay in the competition. Any other scoreline and we go out.
CITY: Woodhouse, Costa, Fiksdal, Watts, Cole, Andersson, Zola (Rogie), Hori, Daniels, Robins, Leth.
League - round
ROYAL FC 2-0 MBF FC
for the second time today i do some substitutions and edit the formation and then score 2 goals and win the match.
i started the game with 4--3--3 but i changed it at halftime to butterfly and scored 2 goals :D
Goals : Quiroz 49' , Ashadi 63' - MotM : Quiroz (8)
Team Talk : i am still the 3rd with 1 point difference from the 1st and 2nd.
Sami (AML/ML) is now back and should start playing again from tomorrow while Bihorac (MC) got the second yellow cards and i'll play with the sub MC tomorrow
just drew at home against the strongest team in my league, no the table looks like this:
http://666kb.com/i/cew3qej2wue62ggjl.jpg
Very satisfied how it went till now (well, I guess I am lucky he messed up a couple of times). I dont expect to make any points in the return game vs Master FC, but even if I lose there, I have a 3 points and a better goal difference to play with. Only bit that concerns me a bit is the away game vs #5 tomorrow, could be a tough one. Would be nice to play on a day with CL and after the CL match, because he has a small 14man squad. Another crucial match will be the away game vs #3 in like a week, I guess if I win both of these games, my chances are very good to take another title after two seasons without winning the league.
Its a shame my free kick specialist missed both chances in the game just now, the second one in '90 would have been especially nice :D
But I'm realistic, a the 1-1 was ok.
edit: And I have no idea how #2 is still up there. Playing this guy in round12, I hope my team does not disappoint like some of the others did...
There were some near troll results today... Won 8-1 in the league and 4-1 in the CL.
I play against 2nd place tomorrow against the dreaded 4-1-3W-2.....
No time for match report, busy lately.
CHAMPIONS LEAGUE GROUP C ROUND 5
Real Palermo 1-2 July Fourth
Real Palermo 108.3 4-3W-3 - July Fourth 118.5 4-1-2-1-2 ND 1st Half, 4-5-1 V 2nd half.
This was a game that could of gone either way, although it was a 'dead rubber' for us since we had already qualified as group winners before tonight. The first half was even and both teams strikers missed countless of chances, Schuler for Palermo and Michu for us both missed a sitter each, I made substitutions to try and get things going in our direction at HT and rest some key players for tomorrow, It looked to have back-fired to begin with as Palermo missed a few more chances by putting them over the bar each time before Schuler put Palermo into the lead but July Fourth replied immediately, Papaleo passed to Hogan to give us the equaliser and then scored the winner 6 minutes afterwards with a fine solo effort and we held on for the win afterwards.
Goals: Schuler (61) Hogan (64) Papaleo (70) MOTM: Papaleo.
Team Talk: With that win in the group stage in the Champions League we are only 1 win away from recording yet another 6-0-0 in the group stage, We finish off at home against Kindlkipper SV who need the win to Qualify, otherwise it will be either of the other 2 teams in the group who play each other that will progress.
Our Last 16 opponents are likely to be either SERDAR FB or a 'Thai Team' since they play each other tonight and the winners will likely qualify as Group D Runners-Up, There is also a potiental Quarter-Final on the cards against... defending champions LIVERPOON. But LIVERPOON will go out the competition should they fail to win their last group game but I think they will qualify easily since they are at home against a weaker team.
I conceded against a 1* player in the league today. I just think the game is going to make me lose this league because I've been getting dodgy results this season. It's not easy by any means, at least half the league is active and watches their matches.. And there are still 3 unbeaten teams. Tomorrow against 4-1-3W-2... That might troll us badly.
A 1* player? does he even have enough quality to actually be considered 1* at your level, because there is still inactives everywhere, even at L8, My Troll City league has teams with 1* players in them.
Don't forget there is also a good chance I won't even win my league this season the way things are going with Batigo. He plays the 3rd place team away tomorrow but knowing our luck he will win with flying colours or a lucky goal.
wonderful day from our team today. it started with a great 2-0 win over the first place team (thanks dv8r and Ljepoje), couldn't watch the match because of work but it turned out that I won with a great performance from my defense (rating of 2 DC 9, other DC and GK 8) winning 33 tackles. players also start performing as they should unlike the beginning of the season so I hope they will keep the good form for the rest of the season.
league table:
http://i43.tinypic.com/2n64qap.png
also won my CL match 3-0 away, first goal scored on the 40th minute, my DL / DC got a red card for spitting on another player 1 minute later and actually injured the player with the tackle before the spit lol. so we were down to 10 vs 10 and then Jakobsen scored the 2 other goals.
CL table:
http://i44.tinypic.com/2qb6vq9.png
also lost my best DC Hill for 4 days in the league match.
You're going bit far tho o.o' didn't you win 8-1? I conceded goals against weak ounterparts at least 3-4 times over last seasons, you shouldnt be surprised. One thing is being trolled into a pointless idiotic loss, one other is to actually take a goal against. Also you shouldn't complain, as you play a 1 st formation and it's been how long, 4 seasons your ams scores 60+ goals? What might be normality for you it's actually quite unique. In 6 seasons i never had a player who performed regularly over the "years". For example, schneider went from man of the season to a fixed 6 rating in this new one. Just lately it's starting to perform better. But ie your petersen still scores loads each season. Getting one goal in ain't that much to get nervous about
CHAMPIONS LEAGUE STANDINGS
After Matchday 5
https://fbcdn-sphotos-c-a.akamaihd.n...51039837_n.jpg
4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond, short passing, attacking throught the middle, motivated full backs.
My AMC/ST first got injured, then he scored 4 times althought I subbed it (with 3* instead of 6*, but hey that other team had only 2-4* players). Afterwards my 2nd striker got injured, switched to the 4-1-3W-1-1, made the 4-1.
Laughable, still don't know WTF happened there.
Oouch, that hurt! :(
But at the same time: this is the kind of game(s) you know you will end up losing, despite any tactical maneuver or Q-advantage. The events that occur in sequence, right after your player K.Upton was injured and therefore you were forced to substitute or change formation is a clear indicator. Same sh*t happens to me every season, everytime one of my two best strikers gets injured I tend to lose the game.
Sometimes I can "predict" this kind of unrealistic sh*t by following the "commentary".
LEAGUE: We played two of the "weaker" teams, The Spanish "Pepo FC" and the Bosnian "FC Kula" (both 4/5*) and managed to beat both and therefore collect 6 important points. Stevan Jovetić scored a hattrick in the game against "Pepo FC" and Senad Lulić got us the 4th, while Edin Džeko scored two and Stevan Jovetić one goal in the 0 - 3 win against "FC Kula". Jovetić was declared as MoM (rate:8) in the first game and Džeko (rate:9) in the second. Edin Džeko is currently one of our best ST's for the moment and has a scoring rate with 15goals and 3 assist in the league, 3 goals and 4 assist in the CL and 4 goals and 5 assist in the CUP.
The win against "Pepo FC" and "FC Kula" means that we hold on to the 1th place with 28 points after 10 rounds and with a record of 9W-1D-0L. "Ekranas FC" is 2nd with 23 points and "PUTOV" 3rd at 19points, both with 1 game less played. We are playing the Lithuanian team "Ekranas FC" tomorrow at home. "Ekranas FC" is know for playing an "asymmetrical" formation and I will probably line up with the 3N-2W-2N-2W-1 formation in a attempt to break it down. The Kick off is scheduled for 14:14CET.
CL: We played one of the weakest teams in the group, the German "Stefan FC" in the 5th round in group E and managed to get a 0 - 6 away win. Miroslav Stevanović scored 2 goals while Mateo Kovačić, Vedad Ibišević, Mario Mandžukić and Ognjen Vranješ scored a goal each. This was also a game when our newly signing and future star, the 18yr old AMC Miroslav Stevanović made his debut for the Balkan Boyz. The youngster managed to score two goals and was declared as MoM (rate:9).
We are currently at the top of group E with 15points after 5 rounds and with a 5W-0D-0L record. The battle for the 2nd place (runners up) will and still is between "Al Hilal FC" (9p) and "AC Milan" (6p).
FRIENDLIES: We played 4 friendlies, all of them against "well-known" teams and opposition. I took the liberty to test and addapt a couple of new formations and swap players around, just to see if the could play better or not in their given role. Also, some extra boosters are always welcome.
TEAM TALK: Well, we are playing pretty damn good, both offensivly and defensivly. The players seem to have forgotten the loss in the CUP and all concentration and effort is put into the League and CL. I tried a couple of new formations as well, mostly with ML+MR. I tested both of my AML+AMR and MC in those roles and I can't see any drop in rates, moral or condition. The purpose is to addapt the players for the formation(s) I will use for next season.
INJURY LIST/SUSPENSION: Currently we have 5 players on the injury list: X.Shaqiri (4days), O.Vranješ (3days) and S.Handanović, I.Olić + M.Pjanić (1day). S.Handanović, I.Olić + M.Pjanić are expected to recover by tomorrow morning. I will also try to recover O.Vranješ since he is one of our best DC/DR. No suspensions to report.
PT/ TRAINING SESSION: The PT session on Miroslav Stevanović goes as planned. He got the shadowstriker ability yesterday and has unofficially reached 7*, but since I have a couple of boosters left I will push him to become a 8* instead. This is mostly because of the fact that he is 18yr old and a fast trainer + I will not be forced to PT him for next season. Also he scores and gets 8 or 9 in rates which is awesome! :)
Over&Out
I expected this wouldn't be a walk in the park, but I didn't expect a debacle like this:
http://i1313.photobucket.com/albums/...ps71412006.jpg
Guess this will be the end of my Cup heroics this season :(
We qualify in CL and 1st in league, everything is normal so far.
Kneipenkick continues, but is in anger mode.

AEPRE FC WELCOMES TWO YOUNG TALENTS
After a season in the AEPRE FC Youth Academy, the two players that has a potential to become AEPRE FC's first team player has been announced. The two players are Adrian Peragon and Juan Ibanez. Unfortunately for Peragon, a free young talent have been released as he is a 1* player and do not impress the manager enough. The 14 tokens youth player Juan Ibanez may be sign in a future days, as AEPRE FC may get to keep him as they are replacing Javi Martinez, who is playing on the exact position as him.
Match Preview for the league match between AEPRE FC and Hamzah FC will comes out on 20:00 ICT. Stay tuned!
