The long RR Cup Journey has ended... and it's ended in sheer delight for the July Fourth fans as they played a very good match to beat a good buducnost side that deserved their place in the final. It wasn't all one sided but July Fourth edged it... After a good opening exchange between the first 20 or so minutes, It was buducnost that took the lead Ashraf broke clear and passed to Djurdjevic to curl it past Knight, but July Fourth found an instant response when Vestergaard broke clear and picked out O'Sullivan in the area and he curled it past Hlozanka and July Fourth were now on the front foot, Diamond had a shot on target saved and a Hardy free-kick went over the bar, Daniane then disrupted our attack just before half-time and Hardy sent a free-kick flying into the goal to give us the HT lead.
The second half continued where we left off although we did allow a buducnost a chance when a Stuart foul gave him a yellow card, Mladeovic sent the free-kick but Knight made a superb save, next it was the Paul Diamond show after a Michu and O'Sullivan shot was blocked, Michu was through past the defence and he crossed it in for Diamond to send it into the roof of the net, It wasn't long until Michu gave Diamond his brace after he was through on goal and 1v1 against the keeper and laid it off for Diamond, There was a late goal for buducnost from Mladeovic when he was on target from 30 meters but in the end that goal proved to just be a consolation as July Fourth seen out the remainder of the game when Fonte and Ashraf tried a late attack but Childs was in command in our defence.

Team Talk: This is unbelievable!!! We have beaten the odds to win the Cup under the new format change for the very first time. July Fourth must not get carried away however since there is still a league and a CL Final still to be won tomorrow. I am over the moon with my team tonight, we knew that buducnost would come out fighting and score goals but we had too much for them in the end.
We have won the Cup under BOTH formats now. :D

FCB won the its 1st cup . I Started with 4-2-2-2 Hexagon and we were unable to reach the opponent goal post and only 2 shots were shot by the team.
I realized there was some thing wrong with the formation itself and changed to 4-4-2 ND at the half time/ After changing the formation, the very 1st minute I got the result then the rain started and ended with 8-0.
In this match every one gave their contribution but manager points to ST Jenner who was injured during 1st leg semis match where it was ended with 2-1 and recovered with red packs and came in to the team scored 3 goals and 1 assist in 4-0 2nd leg semis win, aggregate win is 6-1
In the Final match also he scored 2 goals in FCB victory.
This is the 1st match in which, team converted 3 corners to 3 goals by Behiche who took the corners.
He is aspiring the Corner specialist SA and he is close to it.

A tension filled match finally turned out in our favour. Our hosts took the lead after a quarter of an hour, through Zoran Vasic. It took us just 4 minutes to level when Oleg Yashin volleyed home. Ten minutes later, Jonathan Watts converted from the spot after Stig Andersson was fouled, (injuring his hamstring in the process). A minute after the break, Percy Robins fired a third for City to put us two up. But ten minutes later, Vincenzo Storgato halved the defecit and we had a nervous half hour to play out to get this important win.
CITY: Miklosko, Haller, Fiksdal, Whyte, Watts, Andersson (Olsen), Duggan, Santos, Daniels, Yashin, Ronins.

Last night I given tongly a 1111th like, now I posted 2222th Post of this thread!
Cage FC; 2 games to go, 6pts clear - have beaten the team in second twice, so that should be it done already, right? My goal difference is also significantly higher. And of course, this is if I were to lose those 2 matches, which i won't ;)
BUT ... i have to put out all my weaker players today, as my CL final is on later on. N have already decided that everyone of my MC and AMC players should be injured for this of course. 3 injuries against that second place team in the league last night. And they call this realistic?? I had to sub AMC, MC, MC in the one game!! I don't care if they had hard tackling on, which they did as they had a player sent off too - even the hardest tackling teams in reality wouldn't hospitalize 3 players in one match. Ridiculous, though I've come to expect just that.
Thecageyones: have already won their league, my complete non-T team. Happy with that. Nowhere near the same GD, and a couple of losses in there, but proved to myself I can win the league at least, without spending a cent. The subs and reserves will all get run outs for the remaining games.

My team 'Barking Bad' and my main league rival 'FC Beaujolais' both won 4-1 in our respective games today leaving the points difference between us (1st and 2nd) as 2pts, to make the drama even more potent our last game of the season is against each other. I have the upper hand being 2pts ahead but his team is good and I'm rushing to return my star [MC] back to fitness (without buying tokens etc).

AEPRE FC seals their 4th league title after a very dominated 12-0 away win over Antoine FC. Great performance from Eden Hazard, July Fourth and super-sub Didier Drogba ensures that they seals a very dramatic win. Immediately after the final whistle, "We Are The Champions" is played as AEPRE FC players and staffs comes forward to celebrate with the rest of the team. There is not even a single Antoine FC fans there, with the 13,000-seated stadium of Antoine FC filled with red shirts everywhere.
Later, the stage is set for the trophy presentation ceremony, as Antoine FC's players and staffs, marshals and security guards lined a guard of honour. Then, AEPRE FC players, staffs and everyone who get involved comes forward to receive their medal. It was Falcao, who received the trophy from the President of Nordeus, then he raises the trophy up into the sky. Red and white confettis and fireworks explodes, then everyone taking the team photos with their trophy, before allowing fans to enter the pitch to take the photos and congratulate the players under security from the marshals.

I think I might do it on this thread, or maybe on the new one. It will features all the awards and all hidden manager points over the last week.
