    Question Help!

    The new season has begun and am now a level 4 manager. So I went to the negotiation list and saw 5* players only. Since I want to sell a player that is 3* with few points away from being 4*, I was wondering if I do so would he appear in auction or in negotiations?

    He won't because L2 managers cannot access negotiations.

    Where do you find the negotiation list? Can I do it via my phone or computer? I can't find the list.
