    My tokens are gone and my money

    A few weeks ago I put some money in this game . But , because of my card operator , i dont know what happened , my tokens are gone now and i didnt make any chargeback. Now , my money are gone and my tokens. What can i do? If i dont have my tokens back or at least at 0 , where can i make an complain ? I dont like this.!

    Call your cc company to verify that they paid to Nordeus, get a receipt and send it to Nordeus support.
