How you know, which Tactic to set?

I use 3-1-2-2-2 and wanna change my tactics individual for EVERY ENEMY...

Btw, this formation has an extremely weak defense. I hope you have really high-quality attacking players in order to make up for that with more goals scored than your opponent. As for the instructions - I'd set long passes on both flanks with that formation.

I just won against same Quality 5:0 :-)

Sometimes i put my dmc to dc, so i have 4 defense players...

You see, what i wanna know is, is there any way / tutorial / counter-list, where i can see, which instruction is effective against my enemy???
I mean, there is a counter formation list, but no counter intruction list...

because it's hard to give orders just like that. It's based on several things which may change it, so there isn't a generic tactic for a formation.... That's why it's best to try out the orders yourself to see what fits your style.

I play with attacking tactics for my 4-5-1v but other people like use normal mentality. What works for me might not work for others.
