Someone help me I've got so little money and so little tokens
At the moment I have 0 tokens and 300K (I bought a player)
I can't do offers as half of them are paid and the free ones require a survey that never works
I'm league level 2 and my squad is pretty weak right now

Only ways you have are:

1. Try to lie and predict what they want to qualify in surveys (like I tend to do)
2. Buy tokens (though you mentioned you can't do paid offers, so guess this is a no go)
3. Save up your tokens as the season progresses

You could try referring friends to get some tokens but other than that I would think your best option would be to sacrifice promotion for one season in favour of building a better squad for the next season. Also when you do get tokens dont get into bidding wars as this is just a waste if you are already short of tokens.
