    Negotiations list of players

    I keep getting offers for one of my players who is obviously appearing in the negotiations list. Are all players automatically on this? If not how do I take him off?
    Currently Level 4
    Level 1 League Champions
    Level 2 League Champions & Cup winners, Champions League runners up
    Level 3 League Champions
    Level 4 League runners up, Champions League runners up
    Level 5 League Champions

    They are on it if they are 1Q from a star if you train them till he has is star he automaticly go off it.
    Season 1: League 2 - CL Didn't play - CUP didn't play
    Season 2: League Winner - CL Winner - CUP Winner
    Season 3: League Ongoing(momently 1st) - CL Ongoing (group fase 3th place) - CUP Ongoing (qualification rounde)
