Need help really badly

I keep getting destroyed every game and I have no idea why, even when the possession is in my favor, i get wrecked.

Any ideas on what i'm doing wrong?

Don't know what arrows to use, so left them blank
Condition was max
Moral was pretty much max on all
Don't know what win bonus is

Had you played down the wings with two wide players you would have destroyed him. He was also very lucky to get that score.

Wanna help me out here? pretty much everyone in my league is like that guy, but i keep losing bad. What's wrong with my current formation?
