My english is not so good but i try to explain:
When you have a 18y old player with a 3,5 million market value and he go to the next season he will be 19 and its market value will drop, around 2,7 million.
18-21y old players will train the same, when he's 20 he will train as fast as when he is 18 but its market value is lower.

I mean that when you have a 18y old player Q30 with 3,5 million market value and a 20y old Q30 with 3,5 m market value the 20y old will be a much better trainer, if he was 18y his market value would be 5 million or something like that.
