i know that training speed depends on player and his quality. But when you promoted, player loss his star. His training speed will return faster or not ? (in case U20 )

training speed will decrease because the player is older.

(promotion means you lose a star, but not any quality)

I still have a few players that used to be fast trainer youngsters and it didn't seem like they lost any training speed until after they became 22.

Losing a star speeds back the player growth to before it gained it (if you bought it 5* and got to 6 the previous season, the next he ll get back the old gains before having the 6th star). That if he remains into the previous seAson's age bracket . The slow down from 18 to 19 or 19 to 20 is totally minimal.

an other question: training speed slow down only 5 * ---> 6 * ----> 7 * or it happens also for 3---> 4---> 5
i have one 2 * (200 % training) his value is same as an quick training 5 * (training speed 120) should i keep him and wait he grow up(2* season ---> after 3 season he will usefull) ?

Ive had the same with my players...an 18 yr old will always train faster than any 22+ yr old...
