several times when bidding on a player and im winning it comes up WAIT... and then the game crashes I dont get my spent tokens back and I dont win the player either I must lose 10 - 15 tokens a season this way its not fair and my letters to support go un answered

Sorry to say that, but not much you can do. has happened twice to me in 6 months and lost 20T in an auction I really wanted to win.
