if you have AML AND AMR then i`d go 4 2 2w 2 attack there defense down wings

There's no better formation that you could use with the players that you have available. Just use long passes through the middle so that your STs have a better chance of getting the ball. Otherwise I'd advise you to buy at least ML/MRs.
