Hi,

I am in Manager Level 12(Grand Master) but i have to compete in league level 13, it is very tough to compete Level 12 Manager in League 13, why this was happen any one has any idea.

Err... he is speaking normally.
There were not enough managers at lvl 13, so they selected you as a special guest to make up their league.
This happens sometimes at various levels, it's tough but there's nothing you can do about it.
Maybe just tank this season (play illegal formations, lose every game) to avoid promotion and then next season you should be a lvl 12 manager in a lvl 12 league.

I am also manager level 12, playing in level 13 league. There are 4 of us lower level managers in there. It is hard, but stick with it. I am currently top of league and unbeaten, despite playing four of the higher managers already. Also, check your scout list. All the players in there will be 7* instead of the usual 6*, to compensate for the quality difference.
