Youth players help please

I always get my youth players between days 25 and day 28 so when I do sign them 3 days later that 4 star drops to 3 so I refuse to pay 18-24 tokens for a 3 star player so the exit door is always the main option.

I think all youth squad players should arrive day 1 of the season so they are worth signing.

is there a way to guarantee earlier youth squad players?

my youth squad academy is level 5 also why is the free one only level 2 when he signs I think it should be atleast a 3 because in a few days his 2 star becomes 1 and i sell him and raise some cash.

Time it for day 2, because youths arrived on day 1 turn up as 19 years old that have already lost a star because the system puts them through before new season update.

Yeah, I didn't think that through when I built my junior pitch, I didn't realise that the upgrade speeded up the process so I got my youths on the last day of last season and I'll get them again 3 days before the end of this season.
However, when I make the next upgrade, I'll do some calculating first.

Could somebody tell how many days it takes to generate youth players on each of the academy levels?

Click Help icon then check stadium upgrades they are all there. Also:
Level 0 Target shot L0 28 days
Level 3 Junior Pitch L3 24 days
Level 5 Mini Camp L5 20 days
Level 7 Football School L7 16 days
Level 10 Youth Academy L10 12 days
