About player value ??

As you can see in the transfer list, the value of the player is right next to the name and position. But when you click into the player, its appear that the value of the player is not the same as the one that show before. My question are...

1. What is the different between those two value ?

2. If I want to look for the fast trainer which value should I focus on ??

I'm not aware of any difference between prices...not noticed or heard about it...they should be the same...

The only thing that i can think that the different values you mean is the player value and what you actually paid for him & as far as i know it doesn't really mean a lot...

"Fast" trainers are hard to spot but a basic rule of thumb is the younger the player the faster he will train...
