CAn smb explain to me when and how player earn a star.

Players earn skill points through training and playing matches, for every skill point they earn it improves their ability.

The general rule is: For every 15 skill points earned, its +1 quality, for every 75 skill points earned, its +5 quality and that will earn them a star.

A player needs to reach a quality number that is divisible by 5 to earn a new star of quality. (eg. 30,35,40,45,etc..)
