So how should i respond to this formation? I know that he will only have 20% ball possesion but still, he can win as he can pressure the hell out of my DC's.

-Should i run 5-4-1?
with defensiv, own pitch, mixed passing, zonal marking, and force counter attacks? or what.

I've been playing around with the formation and I've come up with this. It might totally suck in practice, though. You want to play more players in the centre, because that's where he's most concentrated, so I've only placed one player on each side. DL and DR don't cover much in zonal marking, so I've instead gone for DML and DMR, you're free to tinker around with the placement of players in the centre.

What are the team qualities? I would maybe move the central MC up to AMC and change passing to through the middle/centre, red arrows on the MCs and AMC. Passing maybe mixed instead of long, short passing might be bad as he has 7 midfielders.
