as you know if a player level up fast and what not that I have some that every game up 2 cones and others to a cone need 2 matches

Players vary in skill points (cones?) gained from each match...it's normally the youngest squad members that earn the most...my team varies from 1 to 5 skill points earnt per game depending on the players age & performance...

I got my first token youth today and what a beast he is. He's a DC I'm PTing to become a DMC and in a few hours he's 60% there. Can't wait to unleash him on the pitch; his quality is higher than 9 other members in my squad

You can tell if a player is fast or slow by comparing his experience gain with a player of the same age. 18-21 years are fastest. If a player usually gains more than another player from the same training, he is a faster trainer.

From my experience on training this youth player I signed today, the fastest trainers will gain about 5x more experience when hard training than what is stated on the exercise.

Normally it's a point or two a game but it can be more depending on the quality of my opponent...

My token youth got 2 skills points from one game where he didn't even get MOTM. Happy with that
