Against 3-1-2-3-1 Offensive Formation

Hello,

How do I beat this formation in an upcoming cup game:

We have about the same quality, but two levels above. I'm thinking of using the 4-5-1 V, but I was wondering if there were any better formations and what orders do I use.

4-5-1 v did worked. Won 3-1 on the road. Using normal mentality, short passing, own half, zonal marking, no offside trap, counter attack on.
