How to beat 3-1-2-2-2(heart formation)

Or you could call it a 3-5-2V. What are the qualities of the two sides? Screenshots of both squads would be most helpful.

I try to beat this formation with 4-4-2 normal and I won 4-2, but I don't want to lost my goal.
