    Has the result been awarded, if it is 3-0, then your opponent did not have enough players to field a team.

    Are you sure he means a game wasn't played? Maybe he means his account has been banned, that's what I initially thought it was.

    What do you mean by banned? You mean the game was cancelled or you got locked out of the game?
