Tactics against 5-2-2-1?

So I need some help against the tactics 5-2-2-1:

That formation my friend, as from my experience you can easy compete with it and likely to win with counter formation. 3(n)(down)- 1(normal DMC - 4 - 2 (up). as for the tactis, attacking from the middle. and dont use force counter attacks.
as for the CMF, put up on one of them, the one with the most rating on attack. normal on the winger, Good luck.
