I wouldn't look too much at average quality, some teams have 1* players or so lying around that seriously pull down the squad average. Can you show us the squads? Even if you are slightly stronger, it's still very possible to lose the match.

you have way too many players commiting forward and your backline playing way too defensive for 2 strikers
What do you think i should do?
for starters try without any arrows and only add a few of arrows depending on opponent, player in position and how your statistics look after games and only if you know what you are doing

Lower rated clubs beat higher rated clubs all the time in real life, and I'd expect the same thing to happen in T11. The game probably has an element of randomisation built into it to allow for how unpredictable football is; if the best team won every them then i'd have won a mint on accumulators by now!
Take a few things into account: Is their player quality average lower cause they've got some low rated players they haven't shifted? Does the team have a massive win bonus that your team doesn't? Was their team better rested and with higher morale? Were your subs effective?
