I liked Adels great Thread how to win against any formation. Now I'm facing a weird 4-2-2-2 Formation on upcoming home match:

In case that it's close to a 3-2-3-2 Formation I'm thinking about a 4-4-2 classic.
Attacking mentality, down mixed, own half, normal tackling, short passing, zonal marking with counter attack and offside trap.
