help against 3 - 4 - 3 formation

so 3 DC is the only option I have for defense. Now I need the rest for a winning strategy. But I can't play with more than 1 winger on both sides else I create to much gaps.

you can have DL-DC-DR. I would play either 3-5-2 or 3-6-1, Pack and boss the midfield would be the key to victory in this game.
