Whats the best way to spent skill points? Should i balance it between the 3 categories(def,atk,phy/mental) or not?

I'd say it depends on your player's position. If he's defence (DR/DC/DL/DMR/DMC/DML) upgrade defence and phy/mental, for ML/MC/MR, some sort of balance between the 3, for ST and AML/AMC/AMR, upgrade attack and phy/mental.
