    Any means to have a youth squad?

    Can I build a youth academy and promote some of the youngsters to my team?

    You will get two players available to you each cycle (be careful to build/upgrade after you get players) the ones that cost tokens are usually pretty okay, the free ones are not.

    You can look scrupulously for youngsters on the TL.
