    How Does Your Manager Level Go Up?

    What determines how your manager level goes up? I have just started on Level one and there is no sign of "XP" or any indication of how long it will take me to move to level 2, so can anybody tell me how I can tell how far off level 2 I am?

    Just by placing in the Top 7 each season in the league.

    So it doesn't go up in XP points, its just by finishing in the top 7 seasonally?

    Nope no team xp, just players. Top 4 placing gets cups top 7 get promoted .
