What must i do to increase the moral of my players without using the booster?
You can't do anything :) even if you will win their moral won't grow or something like that (from what I know). If they will perform good, it will remain same.
I don't have much experience, I'm lvl 3.
From my short experience if you win matches and don't train your players too much, they don't drop morale or the decrease is slow(er).
If you use players on wrong positions for more matches they will lose morale faster. If you don't use them in matches their morale will drop faster than usual. If your team is dominated and lose badly, most of your players will have a decrease in morale.
Let's hope some experienced guys will come and clarify that for you.
I will explain you better, dosent metter if you win or no, your moral won't decrease if your team will lose or win. Moral is go with their individual performance, you can win 10 games in row, if your players get 6,6,6,6 every game, he's moral will go down.
playing very regularly and winning a lot of matches will definitely keep the morale high!! common logic/sense
This is pretty much how I find things.
Only lost one game this season the same last, morale still drops, although I have noticed less drop than last season, also players individual characters affect drops, well that is what Nordeus told me, and we all know they only answer with fact. As all answers are read from a script and proofed before reply :D
Buy a lot of Blue Packs - that's my solution
My main source of morale boosters is dominating friendlies at the beginning and end of every season. Are you all sure morale can never rise without the use of boosters?
Hi Guys,
From my own experience with 2 of my players, I noticed that his moral always increase back to maximum if I dont training much and leave him to rest after a match. For instance, after my Cup finals today, his moral was around 95%. So the plan was I will give him a boaster in another 5hrs in preparation for the CL finals. Now I checked his moral and it's back to 99%.The funny thing is - I noticed this like 3 times this season. I will keep a tab on this for next season...
I have one oddball sucker that I sold, his performance was 4-5-6-5-5, and his morale doesn't drop, its like its the "best" he can do. I have a striker whose morale drops every match he doesn't score a goal (thankfully its only 3 matches he didn't score and he is my top scorer this season).
Put this in the wrong topic last night.
They say one square in any direction should not be a problem as far as the formation goes.
What some report is that doing it consistently, the player suffers from loss of form and Morale.
If player MC is moved to MR you may notice a drop from say 8-6 in form. Playing a striker as MC or a GK will probably result in a red, that has been witnessed by myself several times
Many of us believe the form ratings are irrelevant, it's just the game engine, trying to get you making changes. (spending tokens) Or you could take it as a warning, don't do it again or 'I kick your ass'
I am finishing 9th season. Moral does go up sometimes. usually it goes down, there is some randomizing involved as there is with progress from practice. Being MOM will often max moral up to 99. but a new player of mine just started with 2 MOM in first 2 games and dropped from 99 to 88. Some players seem to be more of a problem and there seem to be periods where they have moral issues. I have had players be injured for days and retain superb moral and others drop even when they play very well. the overall trend however is for moral to drop which of course will prompt token purchase. Winning will give you boosters and if you win most of the time it will let you keep up. Dont forget the 1 per day you can get by exchange of gifts with friends. If short on boosters remember 2 will make even a sullen 50%er into a 99% enthuisiast, so I try to let the bench players suffer until they are low moral. i give an emphasis to having the starters at superb because winning will get you boosters. When playing a match if I get up by 3 I will usually go for hard attacking in an effort to get extra booster. But IMO moral is one of the ways Nordeus slants the game to max token use.
I have read your comments about ratings before. There is not much else to go on with nonstrikers/players not scoring goals or assists. the narative is skeletal. Unlike ratings in real life it is ultimately the same electronic "mind" doing the ratings as playing the game so lacking other information i remain skeptical but attentive to player ratings.
