40 or 50 skill points depending on the skill to be mastered. The quickest way is go to personal trainer and buy those 40 or 50 skill points with 220-260 tokens

The question is if it is worth spending 40-50 sp for 1 star higher performance on certain occassions?

Look at your team's training rates and only teach faster trainers SAs. The faster ones should gain a skill point per green booster. I just trained one of my guys into new role. Took 2 days of continuous training when I was awake (I can only sleep about 6 hours a day), and took about 54 greens.

Don't even think about it, just forget it. Believe me.

If you power train a player at 5* it can take a day to give the player SA. Same goes for the extra role.

^^^For sure, I was at normal speed at 2x is ~one day, I didn't mention that 'cos I fergot.
I have been only using 1x speed this season to minimize injuries, I want to see for few reds I can use
