Hi i just reach lvl 4. And got new function called negotiable. How can i put my player there?

You don't, it's a thing for other players; if they want your guy they make a offer and the negotiation begins.

A player must be 1 skill point gaining a star and the system will put him in negotiations list. People can bid for a player from the list.

basically, when your guys are near star, others can "make offer" then you get to accept, reject, or set new price, until is agreed or rejected.

you can also 'make offer' on your friend players if they are on the same server.
