I know that it is possible to set an individual players intensity and only train him but I can't find where so please help.

In training:



red: Set team intensity - choose all first squad or reserves or both
yellow: Intensity - choose a individual training to a player

In image per example I click on intensity of Andrea (their "green box") and a pop up open to choose what I want for him.
