    -all skill points accumulated and unassigned disappear after a transfer.
    -whatever youth less than 4* from academy will have terrible growth rate (15/30/45 at top).

    ok xD so, this was a point that did not be sure about... I think thats a crime if points disappear... ...-.-' so, at the end i had the idea to do that but... if there's no way for that... bye game. xD
