Becase is like in real life, not all develop same, even if they have same ages.

Two 23 YO scouts on my list both 49 quality one has SA play maker the other dribbler, they have exactly the same skill points 48.2 50 49.2
The dribbler is 5.6m the play maker 6.2m so the price is not always correct.
IMO it also depends on the server they have come off and possible the academy.
Accyrover does the dribbler progress faster than playmaker or same or less?

I purchased AML/C player last season ... he did so pretty last season and he was getting 50 : 60 % skill point every match as he was 22 Y/O ... and now this season he became 23 Y/O and what do you expect he may take every one match? 45 % skill point? or 40%?
what if i said he is getting from 85 to 98 % kill point every match? I'm really confused and don't know what's happening or what should be happened :)
